Amanda Engstrom

Amanda S. Engstrom is chief of staff of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and senior vice president of the U.S. Chamber Center for Capital Markets Competitiveness (CCMC).
As chief of staff, Engstrom manages the administrative operations of the Chamber’s Executive Office, works with the Board of Directors, oversees strategic cross-divisional initiatives, and is responsible for strategic oversight of the CEO’s schedule. She is also a member of the Chamber’s Management Committee.
In her role on the CCMC, she is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Center’s agenda dedicated to making U.S. capital markets the most fair, efficient, transparent, and attractive in the world. This effort addresses domestic and international securities regulation, as well as challenges to the auditing profession, proxy rules, business due process, and a host of other issues.
Engstrom joined the Chamber in 2003. Her previous roles included leading efforts to fight counterfeiting and piracy globally and serving as director of marketing and communications for the National Chamber Foundation (NCF). She started her career at the Chamber in the Federation Relations Division, where she was responsible for managing communications for association and chamber of commerce members. Earlier, she worked for RTC Relationship Marketing, a WPP Group company, in business development.
Engstrom graduated cum laude from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, with a bachelor’s of business administration and a minor in French. She currently lives in Washington, D.C.
Sam Guzman

Sam is a Senior Manager in the National Audit & Assurance function at Reznick Group and has more than 10 years of audit and accounting experience servicing a variety of public and private multi-national companies.
Prior to joining Reznick Group, Sam was an Assistant Chief Auditor for the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) in Washington, DC. He worked in the Office of the Chief Auditor, assisting in the development of auditing and related professional practice standards, where he spent significant time working on internal control related matters, and assisted in developing and implementing PCAOB Auditing Standard No. 5. Additionally, he spent time working on risk assessment, engagement quality reviews (concurring partner review), fraud, and various other matters.
Prior to joining the PCAOB, Sam worked for Deloitte & Touche servicing a variety of public and private multi-national companies.
Sam earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a certified public accountant in Virginia.

Bill is the principal of W. Levi & Associates, LLC, a professional services firm specializing in Financial Advisory and Risk Management Solutions. He oversees a consulting team that develops and provides services enabling clients to deal with the challenges and opportunities created by increased governance expectations, risk management, Sarbanes-Oxley and other compliance requirements. Bill focuses on assisting clients improve the performance and effectiveness of their risk and compliance efforts, including evaluating and improving internal control systems. He has devoted more than 15 years of his 28-year career on Financial process improvement, corporate governance, internal audit, Sarbanes-Oxley Act compliance, fraud prevention and enterprise risk management solutions for both mid-sized and multinational public companies.
Bill is an established lecturer on internal control, COSO framework, risk management and efficient Section 404 implementations and maintains an active Maryland CPA license and is a member of the AICPA, IIA and ACFE.
Steven L. Siemborski

Steve is a partner with 33 years of experience; 4 in industry with a Fortune 500 company, and 29 years providing professional services. He leads the Advisory Services practice in the Midwest Region, which consists of 9 offices and 150 professionals. In addition to his regional responsibilities, Steve is actively leading several client projects including 3 active SOX assignments.
Professional Service Experience
Steve’s 29 years of professional service experience stems from assurance and consulting roles at the partner level at Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He joined the audit practice of Ernst & Young in 1976 as an accountant, progressed to a partner in 1987 and continued in that role through 1994 when he left for an industry position. He rejoined E&Y in 1998 as a consulting partner focusing on helping companies with business transformation projects. Steve joined Grant Thornton in May 2003 to build and manage a suite of Advisory Services. These services include Recovery and Reorganization; Due Diligence; Valuation; IT; Governance, Risk and Compliance; and Operational Improvement.
Industry experience
As a Board member, Steve was integrally involved in developing the strategic plan for the restructuring of the conglomerate to a manufacturer of highly engineered products. As an officer and CFO, Steve led the drive to focus the Company on its core competencies, to improve financial and operating controls and thereby improve financial integrity. His direct reports included Internal Audit, Treasury, Accounting and Tax.

Harold I. Zeidman

Mr. Zeidman is a partner in the Audit Group of KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice (DPP) and works extensively with assurance methodology matters. He serves as topic team leader for DPP’s Internal Control over Financial Reporting Topic Team. In addition, he has assisted in the development of firm wide methodology tools as well as assisting engagement teams in resolving audit and assurance related technical matters. He is also a KPMG SEC Reviewing Partner. Mr. Zeidman is a Certified Public Accountant and has been with KPMG for over 33 years. Prior to joining DPP over 6 years ago, he provided audit client services. Mr. Zeidman is a member of the American Institute of CPAs XBRL Task Force. He also is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Ohio Society of CPAs and the American Accounting Association. Prior to joining KPMG, he received his MBA and BA degrees from the University of Chicago.
