Carolyn is the Director of Tax for Moore Stephens Tiller, LLC in Atlanta. Carolyn has over 28 years of experience assisting companies and their owners to minimize their tax liability and maximize their profitability. Some of these industries include professional services, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, construction, financial institutions, retailers and wholesalers, technology, automobile dealers, equipment leasing, healthcare, and real estate investments. She has extensive experience dealing with complex individual, trust, partnership and corporate tax issues, including family limited partnerships, consolidated returns, multi-state apportionment and allocation computations, state income and composite tax returns, state and federal tax credits, state and local sales, use and property tax issues, international tax issues, mergers and acquisitions, and estate and gift taxes.

Carolyn is currently one of 27 members of the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council. She was also named as one of the Top 50 IRS Representation Practitioners in the April 2008 edition of CPA Magazine and one of the Top 40 Tax Advisors to Know in a Recession in the April 2009 edition of CPA Magazine.

Carolyn is active with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), where she serves on the Tax Executive Committee, the Tax Practice Guides and Checklists Taskforce, the Steering Committee for the Tax Strategies Conference for High Net Worth Individuals, and as a technical reviewer and presenter for Sidney Kess' annual Corporate Tax Returns Videocourse and as a technical reviewer for the course entitled Section 199: Benefiting from the Production Activities Deduction for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

Carolyn is a frequent speaker at tax seminars and in webcasts. In the past year, she has presented a variety of individual, corporate, partnership, and international tax topics for the AICPA, Commerce Clearing House, the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants, Edward Jones, the Mississippi Tax Institute, and Strafford Publications.

Bill is the managing international tax partner and Firm Director of International Tax for CBH, overseeing its international tax practice for all of its offices from Washington, D.C. to Miami. Bill directs the specialized services and worldwide resources of the Firm to meet the international tax needs of clients firm-wide. He has more than 30 years of experience serving publicly and privately held entities with foreign and domestic operations, providing assistance with inbound and outbound entity transactions, transfer pricing, international mergers and acquisitions, export tax incentives, and the valuation of intangible intellectual property for domestic and outbound transactions. Bill is a CPA, holds the ABV credential from the AICPA in valuation and is an international tax lawyer holding the J.D. degree and dual LL.M.'s in international taxation from two (2) accredited law schools.
