Brian Christie is a managing director at FTI Consulting in the Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment and is based in Boston. Brian has significant experience in advising executive management, board of directors, and counsel of companies regarding a wide range of accounting and financial reporting issues. He has served clients primarily in the high technology, manufacturing, and service industries. Brian has worked with several small to mid-size companies, as well as multi-national corporations. Prior to joining FTI, Brian was a managing director at another forensic accounting firm, as well as an audit manager in a Big 4 firm.
Brian has provided a broad range of advisory services to clients including:
• Revenue recognition including software revenue recognition
• Financial due diligence
• Restatement of financial statements
• SEC rules and regulations
• Other complex accounting issues
Brian is a Certified Public Accountant (Massachusetts).
Susan D. Resley

Susan D. Resley, a partner in Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe's Silicon Valley office, is a member of the Securities Litigation and Regulatory Enforcement Group. Her practice focuses on representing companies and individuals in securities-related regulatory investigations and in class action and derivative litigation. She has extensive experience in representing companies and individuals in investigations and proceedings brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the DOJ and self-regulatory organizations, such as FINRA. Ms. Resley also advises companies and boards of directors (including audit committees) on a variety of disclosure issues. She has also been retained by a number of audit committees to perform internal investigations. Ms. Resley has been a Staff Attorney in the SEC's Division of Enforcement.

Gisele Dion
Director, Technical Accounting
Biogen Idec
Gisele Dion is the Director of Technical Accounting for Biogen Idec where she is responsible for creating and maintaining the Company’s accounting policies, analyzing complex business transactions and implementing new accounting standards. Prior to Biogen Idec, Gisele held similar positions at the Raytheon Company and the Eastman Kodak Company. Her experiences include the analysis and implementation of international accounting and reporting standards (IFRS). Gisele also has been a member of the FASB staff where she was responsible for the technical aspects of projects from their inception through issuance of final pronouncements and resolution of implementation issues.
